You know the call. A load picked up on time, by a driver with the right paperwork. Two days later, the real carrier shows up for it.
A cargo loss doesn't start on the highway. It starts at a gate. Every claim, every loss, every case starts as one incident someone wrote down well. Or didn't. CaseTrace Cargo, by BlueWave Technology, makes that first record count, for shippers, brokers, and logistics teams.
Your guard opens the gate screen on a phone or tablet, enters the load, and takes one photo of the person in the cab.
The screen shows the booked driver, the carrier, and the booked plate. The photo is compared with the booked driver's reference, and with nobody else.
The plate is checked against the booking. What comes back is a similarity, never a verdict. The screen says so: you decide. Hold, release, or refuse the pickup.
Whatever your guard chooses is sealed under their name, and the shipper sees it. We will be plain about the limits. It does not vet a carrier's authority, and it does not read a license for you.
It records what happened at your gate, so nobody has to guess later. After release, the seal goes on the record, its number and its type.
When it is checked again, the number agrees or it does not, and the condition is written down: intact, damaged, or missing.
Every custody event is chained to the one before it. A seal that differs becomes an exception, and a person decides whether it is an incident.
When it is, the case is structured: fictitious pickup, double brokering, shortage at delivery, a breached trailer.
When it happened, when it was found, what was involved, who was notified. Files fingerprinted as they are added.
Closing the case seals it. Then the part your adjuster reads. The insurance claim packet, in English or Spanish: the claim and its history, the load, gate checks, custody, an evidence index with each file's fingerprint, the case seal, the audit trail, and a certification for your custodian to sign.
Recompute the fingerprint in the app, and you see whether the report changed since it was made. For police, a separate packet, every file fingerprinted, with the steps to check them. No box to install. We built it the opposite way from networks that collect everything first and ask later. No record is pooled. None is sold.
The system never decides. Built by a retired chief of police, and a retired federal special agent who spent about thirty years building cases from digital evidence.
