1Policies for this Site

Three documents govern the websites, the private tour and the sign-in gateway. Each is short, and each is written to be read.

• Terms of Use · the agreement between you and BlueWave when you use the Site or watch the tour
• Privacy Policy · what we collect, why, who we share it with, and what CaseTrace does and does not do with information about people
• Acceptable Use Policy · the rules for using the Site, the tour and a CaseTrace portal

2Documents a customer signs

A CaseTrace subscription is governed by contract documents accepted and signed during onboarding, not by the pages above. They are provided to each customer at the time and retained, with the version accepted, for the life of the account. They are:

• Master Subscription and License Agreement (CT-MSA) · the commercial relationship: services, fees, term, equipment, confidentiality, warranties, liability
• CaseTrace System Scope Acknowledgement (SSA) · what the system is and is not, the operator-of-record designation, similarity results, retention, the network, and audit logging. Certain sections are non-derogable
• Order Form and Deployment Schedule · the edition, sites, quantities and term for that customer
• Self-Onboarding and Infrastructure Specification · what a site must provide for the system to run
• Excluded Jurisdictions Notice (CT-JUR) · the jurisdictions where identity-artifact and face-based similarity functions are not offered. As of the effective date: Illinois and Washington
• Patrol Agency Schedule · edition-specific terms for CaseTrace Patrol

A customer may retrieve any version it has accepted at any time from its portal.

3Patents and trademarks

BlueWave Technology, Inc. holds one issued United States patent, US 11,830,346 B2, and has three pending. CaseTrace, FeatureTrace, ArticleTrace, SceneTrace, ReTrace, ThreadTrace, SafeScope, and the BlueWave name and wordmark are trademarks of BlueWave Technology, Inc. Other product and company names on this Site belong to their owners and appear only to describe integrations and the industry.
