Your rules can require a photo, a location, or a note for a given site. Officers can set a rule aside with a reason their supervisor sees. And no rule ever blocks an emergency.

Trespass gets its own guided flow. The officer confirms they are authorized by the property for this site. Then reads the notice for that state aloud, and records it.

If the site's state is not confirmed, it will not record or seal. After, the officer listens back to the original and confirms the transcript. Then the notice is sealed with the record.
